Ansh shares the value of hands-on learning in the CDA program

As an international student, adapting to a new country and culture is challenging, especially being away from family.

For Ansh, who came from India, coming into a demanding program like theΒ Certified Dental Assistant program had its own challenges. β€œI had to balance my academic responsibilities with adjusting to life in a new country,” says Ansh. β€œFortunately, I had the supportive community at Camosun, especially the instructors. Their guidance and support helped me to navigate through the program and adjust to life in Canada.” The sacrifices and hard work were worthwhile.

β€œThe program's emphasis on hands-on learning and real-world experiences has provided me with valuable skills and knowledge that I can apply in my future career”

- Ansh Ahuja

β€œThe instructors and fellow students helped me push my limits and achieve greater heights in my academic and personal growth.”
