Joel has been teaching at Camosun since the summer of 2013. He holds a MA Economics from the University of Victoria where he specialized in econometrics, environmental economics, and local governance. When he鈥檚 not teaching statistics or economics to School of Business students, he鈥檚 usually indulging at one of Victoria鈥檚 excellent brunch spots or out exploring the island with his dog, Bismarck.
