- be enrolled in a Post-Degree Diploma programduring the current award eligibility period (May 1 - April 30)
- be an international student
- haveachieved high academic standing
- be in good academic standing

A recipient will be selected based on academic performance. You will have attended classes at least one semester during the periodMay 1 - April 30.
